Well, there's now less than two days until Live Newcastle launches. I can't believe how long I've been working on the site for, and I'm amazed at how things have come together. I remember coming up with the idea right back in November, and had so many ideas for what to do on the site, and how to make it different from the others out there.
Looking back on the past seven months or so, it really has been remarkable how things have shaped up. It's taken a lot of effort on my part, but help from many others in the North East has also surprised me, and I know the site wouldn't be launching on Monday had it not been for their help. Anyway, I should probably be getting back to work on the site - there's a lot still to do before Monday's launch! Check back then for a longer blog post, and details of how the launch went. |
