The Star And Shadow Cinema is a membership based organisation, operated by and for members. To see a film or use the bar you'll need to join up. Membership costs £1 per year, with membership running from November to November. All you need to do is turn up at the venue and pay the membership fee. It is part of the Star and Shadow's philosophy to not turn people away, so if you are unable to pay, or would rather just make a small donation then you are still very much welcome.
